RunReveal is joining ClickHouse

We're excited to announce that RunReveal is joining ClickHouse! We built RunReveal on ClickHouse from day one because it was the only database that gave us the reliability, scalability, and performance we needed to help security teams solve their data problems.

We’re continuing to support new and existing customers, and are really excited to announce more about what we plan soon! Make sure to attend RunReveal’s RUNWAY user conference at the end of September to find out more.

Security is a data problem

Every security team is dealing with the same handful of data problems. More data than they can handle, too many data formats, poor query performance, pressure to be more efficient using AI, and exponential costs. 

The challenge is that for the past twenty years the security industry has sold add-ons to SIEM as a fix for the top risks that CISOs were navigating. When factoring in how AI is changing the tech industry in general, these challenges are magnified. Solving these problems has to start at the data-layer and that’s why we’re seeing many different industries adopt ClickHouse as the foundation for systems that process huge amounts of data.

What's next

For RunReveal customers. This is an acceleration, not a disruption. The platform continues to be supported and your contract terms remain the same. 

For security teams evaluating ClickHouse. RunReveal remains available, via its bring-your-own-database model, where security data lives in a ClickHouse cluster you control. If you would like to look at the combined experience, talk to your account team or contact us.
